Service user

Version 11.05 has an option to log in using service user/password if option has been enabled in System setup page.

User name changes daily and it is unique to each Fx.

It is shown in user list of log in page in local display.

At remote connection service user name may be displayed by clicking Fidelix logo.

Service password will be given by Fidelix personnel only to users whose identity and right to use the device can be verified reliably.
